I've bought three of these because my toddler keeps "reading" them during meals and they survive every yogurt smear. The rhyming pairs like cat and hat get her giggling and pointing at the bright pictures. Finally a book I don't have to hover over.

The rhyming pairs are simple enough that my two-year-old fills in "hat" before I finish reading "cat." Pages have survived being chewed, crumpled, and dragged through the park, which is more than I can say for our other board books.
