The accordion fold means I can stand it up during tummy time and my son stares at the patterns way longer than any of his other toys. The fine art illustrations are genuinely pretty, so I don't mind leaving it out on the coffee table.
My 3-month-old actually tracks the high-contrast images during tummy time now, which she never did with her other books. The fine art prints are way prettier than the usual cartoon black and whites, so I don't mind leaving it out on the coffee table.
