The dreamy illustrations of the star-filled night are absolutely captivating, and my daughter asks for it every bedtime.
The rhyming text flows so gently that bedtime has actually gotten easier around here. We read it twice last night just to linger on the page where the dinosaurs gather under the stars.
My daughter asks for this every single night now, and the rhyming text has such a gentle sing-song rhythm that she's usually half asleep by the last page. The dreamlike night-time scenes really do make it feel like you're drifting off alongside the girl and her dinosaur.
